What it requires

Minimum requirements for the design, manufacture, use, and maintenance of performer flying systems (statically hung, manually driven, mechanized, and automated). Any rigging that flies or suspends loads over performers/occupied space falls to a qualified flying-effects designer under this standard — the engine only documents locations and control pathways.
